Artwork by Mervyn Suart of the handsome and legendary bullfighter Paco Camino, resplendent in his matador costume known as the "traje de luces" or "suit of lights".
Born in Spain in 1940, the son of a banderillero, Paco Camino was only 18 when he took his intense apprenticeship. His first year 1960 as a matador was spectacular. Much of his career was spent in Latin America. In Mexico he was most highly regarded, as he was in Spain. Paci Camino has been one of the greatest bullfighters of the second half of the 20th century.
These limited edition paper prints use Tintoretto paper for prints up to A3 size. Prints larger than A3 use 190gsm flat matt paper. Each available artwork in this section only has a limited stock of 200. Each copy will be signed and numbered by Mervyn's daughter Susan.
Watermarks and copyright notices shown on images are not present on the actual artworks for sale. Each art piece is carefully packaged for safe and secure delivery.
